Typically submitted within 48 hours. We aim to achieve a ‘priority application’ for our clients which is often achieved within 2-3 days. The Home Office will then take ten days to consider the application.

Without a ‘priority application’ this can take 4-12 weeks. One of the key benefits with our service is being able to obtain a decision in the shortest amount of time possible.

This is essentially a unique reference number which is assigned to the employee in order to employ them. There are two types of CoS and for each migrant, we will need to complete an eligibility assessment to see which they would fall under.

Once the licence has been granted, we must then apply for the defined CoS. A request for the CoS is submitted by the level 1 user using the SMS system.

We must assess the skill level of the job role (minimum RQF level 3); the salary being offered and the contracted working hours to ensure the salary meets the requirements of the immigration rules. This is the case for each applicant.

Applications are created and submitted online. We will guide each applicant and their family members through the process as it is in the UK or the country in which they are applying.
